£10 per team member
£5 for under-18

Please remember:

·                 that all crew members must be 14 or over;

·                 one member of the crew must be nominated as the captain;

·                 a crew comprised entirely of under 18s must have an adult manager/coach in attendance during the event;

·                 written permission is required from parents/guardians for any crew members under 18;

·                 your signature on this Entry Form confirms your understanding and acceptance of all the Regatta Rules and Conditions published on the web site and made available to your team in the provided information packs;

·                 to enclose a cheque  payable to “Gloucestershire Raft Regatta” with your application;

·                 you are also asked to raise sponsorship money to support Cotswold Care, our nominated charity.  A sponsorship form is included in the racing pack.

Entries can also be lodged by phone on 0780 892 3142, or by email entries@ggrr.org.uk .  However, the entry fee cheque needs to be sent in before the entry can be confirmed.  The closing date for entries is Friday 16 May 2008.
